This is a draft structure for the togetr terms of use. The detailed rules will be refined in the next stage.

1. About the service
togetr helps people discover events, organise meetups and find company. The map is available without an account; signing in is required to create events, join and chat. An up-to-date browser and internet connection are needed. To complete: service provider details.
2. Accounts and community
We are building a community based on respect. Proposed rules prohibit spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud and unauthorised publication of personal data. Hosts should provide accurate descriptions and have rights to their images. Participants should communicate changed plans and respect group arrangements. To refine: age requirements and account closure.
3. Events and external sources
Aggregated event information comes from external sources. Check dates, availability and tickets with the organiser. Joining a togetr group does not purchase a ticket.
4. Fees and cancellations
Online payments are not currently supported. If a host lists a price, arrange payment directly with them. Joining a group does not charge your account. Commission, paid event cancellation and refund rules will be specified before ticket sales are introduced.
